Lying between Haikou and Sanya, Wolong Mountain is four kilometers from Tunchang County. It consists of four peaks with abundant unique stones in different shapes and different expressions. At the foot of the mountain is Long Lake; its clear and deep water is surrounded by luxuriant green trees. The lake is to be developed into a tourist resort.
Tips:
1. Wolong Mountain is basically undeveloped. You’d better find a guide for safety’s sake;
2. You’d better buy necessary food and other items before climbing. There is nothing for sale up the mountain;
3. Do not swim in the lake beside which it is said that boa constrictors may appear.
How to get there:
Get on a tricycle at Datong Town and get off at the foot of Wolong Mountain, 1 yuan, about 20 minutes.
