Baihua Ridge Tourism Zone
Baihua Ridge Tourism Zone is situated seven kilometers southeast of Genying Town of Qiongzhong City. It is a "natural greenhouse" and one of Hainan Province's most treasured nature preserves. The tourism zone features natural landscapes of virgin forest, rare and precious animals and plants, hot spring and waterfalls as well as cultural landscapes of Silk Road and Lisu ethnic customs.
Baihua Ridge is more than 1,100 meters high at the peak. It has various kinds of plants and spectacular water landscapes. Baihua Ridge Waterfall is the most significant scenery in the zone with a drop of 300 meters, making a thunderous noise.
In addition to the flora and fauna, vistas and waterfall, Baihua Ridge also enables visitors to view ancient banyan trees in their natural surroundings.
There are various tour activities held in the tourism zone, including a four-day bird observing tour; one-day recreation tour to Zaotang River Hot Spring Waterfall; one-day walking tour crossing Gaoligong Mountain along the south Silk Road.

Take a bus from Qiongzhong County to Baihua Ridge by the circular highway.
