Features:

West Coast Golf Club is located along the west coast of Haikou City. Despite the tropical setting and vegetation, the theme of the course design is that of a traditional Chinese nature landscape with a gentle stream meandering, fish ponds and birds up in the trees. Together with a 9-hole section fronting the sea, golfers playing here are presented with magnificent views of the Qiongzhou Strait, part of the South China Sea, with a backdrop of the Haikou City skyline.

It is a challenging course because of undulating terrain that provides an interesting and eye catching round of golf. Winner of the "Best New Course of 2005", this course features paspalum grass on the fairways for a year-round green appearance. It has been accredited by the LPGA as up to international competition standard for 18 holes in China for the first time.

How to get there:

Thirty minutes drive from Haikou Meilan airport, ten minutes drive from downtown Haikou, two and a half hours drive from Sanya, and two hours drive from Bo’ao
